Accor ALL, Preferred

Accor All, Preferred

In the area of hotel loyalty programs, we covered so far different programs of Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. Today, we’ll have a look at the opportunities you can have with Accor Hotels.

Accor Hotels is a French hotel group operating over 5800 hotels in over 110 countries in the business year 2025.

While at the beginning the strong presence was mainly in the budget/ economy and midscale range, today Accor has over 50 different brands in all possible segments, from budget to luxury. This happened over time by closing strategic partnerships with certain brands or purchasing additional brands. This makes the current offer a bit confusing. Especially in view of the fact that some of brands are present just in some local markets.

Brands of Accor Hotels

As of today, Accor offers stays and lifestyle experience in the following categories and brands:

Luxury: Raffles, Orient Express, Sofitel, Banyan Tree, Sofitel Legend, Fairmont, Emblems Collection, FAENA, MGallery, The Purist Retreat & Spa, Rixos, onefinestay

Lifestyle by Ennismore: 21c, 25h twenty five hours hotels, Delano, HYDE, Mama Shelter, Mondrian, Morgan’s Originals, SLS, SO/, the hoxton, Paris Society Collection

Premium: mantis, Art Series, pullman, swisshotel, Angsana, Mövenpick, Garrya, Grand Mercure, Peppers, The Sebel, Adagio Premium

Midscale: Handwritten, mantra, Novotel, Mercure, Tribe, Adagio Original, Cassia, Folio, Dhawa, HOMM

Economy: BreakFree, ibis, ibis styles, Adagio Access, greet, Jo&Joe, ibis budget, Hotel F1

This exuberant diversity of brands within Accor leads to a strong variation in status recognition not only across the brands but also across different regions.

ALL – Accor Life Limitless

Let’s have a look at the publicly available program ALL – Accor Life Limitless.

When you register for this free of charge program, you are at the Classic level, which allows you to earn points, to qualify to the higher program level via nights or points, and to get up to 10% rebate on standard prices.

And here we have the first differentiation: in a standard case, you earn 25 point per 10 EUR spent at participating hotels. Some hotels, like ibis budget or Hotel F1, are not participating in the program at all. Quite few other brands offer you only 20% to 50% of the expected points. And we are talking not only about budget segment in this case. This limitation is spread across all brand levels. These are:

Ibis, ibis styles, Mama Shelter – 12,5 points per 10 EUR
mantra, Peppers, BreakFree, Art Series, Adagio Original and long stay brands (usually having “Residencies” or “Living” in their names, like Orient Express Serviced Residencies, MGallery Living etc.) – 10 points per 10 EUR
Adagio Access, Jo&Joe, greet – 5 points per 10 EUR

The earned points correspond also to the status points for the qualification to the higher levels.

Status levels

ALL has 4 status levels: Silver, Gold, Platin, and Diamond.

To qualify for the Silver level, you need to spend at least 10 nights or earn 2000 Status points within a year.

Already at the silver level, you can enjoy a priority welcome with a welcome drink and request a late checkout. Furthermore, you earn 24% bonus points (reward points only, they do not sum up to your qualifying status points).

The gold level is reached after 30 nights or 7000 points and brings you – in addition to the silver benefits – the following perks:

Guaranteed room availability if booking at least 3 days before arrival, early check-in OR late check-out, a welcome amenity (not in the economy hotels). On top, you get 48% bonus points.

Platinum and diamond

The platinum level requires 60 nights or 14.000 status points and brings you additional perks in form of

Two suite night upgrades, lounge access, complimentary breakfast (only in Asia-Pacific hotels) and 76% of bonus points. In Mercure hotels you get 10% off at bars and restaurants during your stay for up to four people (not valid for breakfast and not available in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and in Asia-Pacific).

The highest level – Diamond – can be reached only via status points and you need 26.000 of them (equivalent to a minimum spend of 10.400 EUR if counting with 25 points per 10 EUR).

On the diamond level you can enjoy 100% bonus points, the lounge access includes also Fairmont Gold Lounges, the complimentary breakfast is offered worldwide on weekends in addition to everyday breakfast in Asia-Pacific hotels. You also get 10 reward vouchers worth 10 EUR each for dining and spa. In Raffles, diamond members can enjoy the 24/7 Legendary Raffles Butler Service independently from the booked room type.

Set backs

As you surely noticed, tangible status advantages of ALL compared to Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors or even IHG One Rewards, are rather reduced and not so easy achievable (if at all): lounge access from platinum level (60 nights) onwards while you get the same advantage with Marriott Bonvoy or Hilton Honors already from 50 nights; free breakfast is very limited (either only on weekends or only in Asia-Pacific).

Advantages

A positive point of ALL is in its rewards point’s usage. While other programs switched from fixed values to dynamic reward pricing for the stays and keep silently inflating the rewards needed for a redemption of free nights, the rewards within ALL are very clear: 2000 reward points correspond to the value of 40 EUR.

Another positive point with ALL – your reward points do not expire if you have any new points credits within 12 months timeframe. One single stay in Accor hotels or one single flight with SkyTeam with a points credit to your ALL account extends the points validity for the next 12 months.

Furthermore, you can connect your accounts of ALL and Flying Blue and earn ALL points and Flying Blue miles at the same time. It is valid for your flights with SkyTeam as well as for stays in Accor hotels.
