Since the beginning of 2021, I was tempted myself to invest in precious metals but hesitated not being sure which service provider to choose. If you look at the above table, you will state that the Solit Depot is interesting for German-speaking communities only as there are no other languages supported today.
The advantages of Solit Depot are clearly the possibility of opening a vault for your child and combining it with a savings plan (monthly payment start from 25 EUR only) to create for your kid a nice amount for his or her maturity. Many Germans still open saving books for their children at the birth but comparing the potential of the Solit Depot with a savings account, there is no question – the Solit Depot would be the right choice while the savings account would simply lose your purchase power over the years independently from the interest and compound interest which would be promised by the bank.
